At Royal Parade, we're serving more than just great beer - we’re chuffed to have onboard our talented chef, James North. James has been cooking up a storm in some of London’s top gastropubs and restaurants since 2017 - places like The Pig and Butcher, COYA Mayfair and The Duke of Cambridge. He’s passionate about keeping things sustainable and sourcing food the right way, which is just how we like to do things here. Our menu is all about casual dining: bar snacks to pair with a pint, plus small plates and sharers perfect to have amongst friends. Expect pub classics with a twist, made with cracking local ingredients and a good bit of flair, while still keeping things honest, seasonal and fresh. We take pride in incorporating our locally brewed ales into our food - whether by pairing them thoughtfully with dishes or infusing flavours directly, such as using our Salted Caramel Porter to enrich the sauce for our sticky toffee pudding.
