Welcome to Royal Parade! Located in the heart of Harrogate on the historic Royal Parade, our pub combines centuries of history with modern comfort and genuine Yorkshire hospitality. Part of the family-run and award-winning Harrogate Brewing Co., our beer is brewed nearby, meaning it’s always fresh and proudly local. We champion independent ales alongside a seasonal menu of freshly prepared lunch plates, sandwiches and bar snacks, with a Sunday menu showcasing quality local produce. We’re dog-friendly, host live music, and welcome groups of all sizes.

The original ale house dates back to the 17th century and in 1786 was said to have “provided a stock of the best wines and other liquors”. Our Farrah Room, named after the famous Farrah’s toffee shop that once occupied the space, still retains part of the original shopfront, creating a unique setting for events.

Set within a historic Harrogate landmark, our Royal Parade team promises a warm, inviting atmosphere where local beer, good food and community come together.
